A peaceful and beautiful soul Velma was. I have had the pleasure to work with her and her son Kevin with their property insurance. She always met me with a smile and I truly enjoyed talking with her. My prayers for all of her loved ones during this transitional time. Love, Julie Figgs

My family, Bill, Peggy, Greg and I were very close friends with all the Howbert family. My brother and I grew up with them. Velma and Larry was like my 2nd set of parents. Velma always so gentle, kind, such a Proverbs 21 biblical woman. My mom and her spent years being best friends. I am smiling thinking My dad, then Larry, my mom and now Velma....all reunited in Heaven with the Lord they all love and worship. I loved Velma.
