Vicki Burns Obituary
Vicki Burns, 61, of Cleveland Tennessee was born October 5, 1963. She passed away on October 5, 2024 at Bradley Medical, in Cleveland, TN surrounded by her family following an extended battle with Goodpasture Syndrome. Vicki is survived by her mother, Virgina Blankenship of Cleveland, TN; daughters, Ashley Foust (Adam) of Birchwood, TN and Keyana Burns of Cleveland, TN; sister Sharon Chapman (Johnny) of Cleveland, TN; grandchildren Kayden and Hailee Foust of Birchwood TN; nephew Ryan Chapman (Lexy) and niece Ciera Chapman of Cleveland, TN; great nephew Weston Chapman of Cleveland, TN; and beloved dog Ronin. Vicki is preceded in death by her father Ralph Blankenship; husband Paul "Tubby" Burns Jr., her grandparents, and her beloved dog Ace. The service for Vicki Burns will be held Sunday October 12, 2024 at Companion Funeral Home in the Shelton Parlor. Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 PM, with services immediately following. Donations can be made in Vicki's name to the Kidney Foundation of Chattanooga, TN. The staff of Companion Funeral Home, and the Cody family, are honored to serve the Burns family.
