Obituary published on Legacy.com by Davis Funeral Home - Henrietta on Dec. 19, 2025.
Vicki Lynne Cullens, 65, of Wichita Falls passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

Celebration of Life with Nurses Honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls with Pastor Chad Stubblefield, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

Vicki was born on November 21, 1960 to Billy Wayne and Maggie Lou (Thompson) Wallace in Burkburnett, Texas. She attended Burkburnett High School, where she played in the band and excelled in tennis by competing at two state tournaments. Later, Vicki attended Vernon Regional Junior College and received her LVN license. She worked in various roles within home health, hospitals and long-term care facilities. In 1995 she began work at Monterey Care Center and dedicated 10 years. In 2005 she began working at University Park Nursing and Rehab and just celebrated 20 years of service. On top of all that, Vicki volunteered her time to the American Red Cross. Vicki's care and compassion for others will never be forgotten. She will truly be missed by many.

Vicki was preceded in death by her father, Billy Wayne Wallace; brother, Rick Wallace; and uncle, Tommy Thompson.

She is survived by her mother, Maggie Lou Killen; daughter, Keri Cullens and spouse, Nicole Cullens; and two grandchildren, Caelan Cullens and Dolores Cullens.

I knew Vicki while working with her at University Park Health and Rehab. She was a very kind and caring person as well as a great nurse. I'm so sorry to hear about her passing-my condolences to her family and friends.
