Visitation for Vickie will be Monday, January 27, 2025 from 9:00-11:00 am at Gallagher Funeral Home, with the service to immediately follow.
Vickie is preceded in death by her parents, William "Ken" Shelton, Elsie Daughenbaugh Friday and her grandmother, Mary Daughenbaugh.
Those left to cherish her memory are: her loving partner, Dale Johnson; her daughter, Kristina Barcenas (Alex); her son, TJ McDowell; and her grandchildren, Slayter Barcenas, Kade Barcenas, Breanna McDowell, Olivia McDowell, and Natalie McDowell.
Vickie was known for her vibrant personality, quick wit, and immense love for her family and friends. She had a remarkable ability to light up a room with her humor and her kind, compassionate spirit.
Vickie found great peace and happiness in her home on the lake, where she spent many cherished days caring for her plants and enjoying the beauty of nature. She loved the simple pleasures in life and took pride in creating a warm and loving environment for her family.
Vickie will forever be remembered for her humor, her strength, and her endless love for her family and friends. Her legacy of kindness and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
