Vicky Lynn Campbell, 58, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on March 12, 2026, at UofL Hospital.
She was born on March 27, 1967, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Thomas and Janice Freeman.
Vicky worked as a nursing aide and was known for her caring heart and dedication to helping others. She was a devoted Christian whose faith was an important part of her life.
Vicky enjoyed spending time with her family and treasured the moments she shared with them. She was also an avid animal lover, especially her beloved pug dogs. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.
Vicky will be remembered for her kind spirit, compassionate nature, and the love she shared with her family, friends, and the many people she cared for throughout her life.Vicky was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Freeman; a sister, Loretta Kay Freeman. She is survived by her loving sons; Jesse and James Freeman; mother, Janice Freeman; sisters, Janice Arbuckle, Patricia Eglian; brother, Roger Baker; along with her lifetime companion, James Edward Callahan.
