Vicky was preceded in death by her parents; and husband Marion "Curly" Riggs.
Survivors include her daughter Lynn Strong (Willie); son Terry Riggs; grandchildren Drake (Heidi) and Dereck; great-granddaughter Sienna.
A graveside service will begin 2:00 PM Wednesday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Pastor Scott Gallimore officiating.
