She was born in Muncie on July 30, 1948, the daughter of Henry and Helen Said and graduated from Muncie Southside High School.
She worked for many years at Parker Health and Rehabilitation. Victoria loved spending time with her family and close friends.
Survivors include her sons, Rodney Rodeffer (Susie) and Gary Thornburg (Nicole Beckstrom); a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three sisters, Joan Atkins, Beckie Schaefer and Marsha Pugsley (Larry); a brother, Dwight Said (Belinda); along with several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald Rodeffer; three sisters, Doris Clary, Donna Baltimore and Peggy Chalfant; along with her parents.
Services will be 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel.
Family and friends may call from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Friday at the mortuary.
