Of Penn Hills, originally from East Liberty, age 70, died on Wednesday, December 22, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Lucy (Brusco) Caliguiri.
Beloved brother of Ross (Eileen) Caliguiri of Fox Chapel and Catherine C. (Frank Angelo) Palmieri of Plum.
Treasured Uncle of Gina (John) Kuhn, Ralph (Pia) Palmieri, Paulette (Ed) O'Donnell and Jeffrey Palmieri.
Also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews.
Aside from being with his family, Vince enjoyed reading as a pastime.
There will not be a visitation or service.

Got to speak with Vince over the phone not long before his passing. He spoke to me on my mother's cell ...they were neighbors. She always told me how nice he was, and handsome too! Hadn't spoken to him in 50 years...seemed like 50 days. He mentioned how great it was to speak with me, and so thrilled we made it this far in life. I never made it to our planned lunch in time. What a gentle soul ! I'm sure he is in good hands.
