Vince was predeceased by his parents, Thomas W. and Joanne Goan (nee Gretzkowski); his brother, Thomas W. Goan, Jr. and his sister, Kathleen Juliano. He is lovingly survived by his three sisters, Maryann (Raymond) Sooy, Patricia Goan and Susan Herold; his sister-in-law, Jan Goan; his brother-in-law, Bill Juliano; his nieces and nephews, Tara (Pete), Dana, Alexis (Pat), Emily (John), Raymond, Meghan, Thomas W. III (Ali), Sean (Katherine), Drew and Brianna (Eric) as well as several great nieces and great nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday, March 7th from 10:00 - 11:30 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, 4th Avenue and Kings Highway, Haddon Heights where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 AM. Interment following at New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation at https://t2t.org/donate/ or by mail at 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
