Vincent Valent Obituary

Vincent was born on March 7, 1943, in Canonsburg, a son of the late Vincent and Stella Kuzniewski Valent.
Mr. Valent was the retired owner of Valent Landscaping. He was talented beyond words and could fix anything. What some would see as broken or junk, Vincent could only see potential and another project for him. He loved tinkering as any Mr. Fix – It does. He enjoyed keeping busy. Often in those warmer months you would find Vincent outside gardening or just enjoying cutting his grass.
Surviving is his high school sweetheart, Dorothy Nahay Valent, children, Kathlene (the late Butch) Toward and Vincent C. (Elaine) Valent Jr., granddaughter, Heather Valent, siblings, Karen Hrapczak and Janet Kennedy, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends and family will be received on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 4-8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 314 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald (724-926-2800). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 10 a.m. at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish – St. Alphonsus Church. Interment will follow at Oakdale Cemetery.
