Virginia (Mazza) DiBacco, age 90, of Erie, passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025. Born in Erie on March 23, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Louisa (Mando) Mazza.
Virginia was a graduate of St. Benedict Academy. She worked as an executive secretary at Zurn, and then for Marine Bank. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. She took great pride in the house she and her husband built in the 1970s, and the many updates made over the years. One of her favorite pastimes was gardening. After her children were grown, she worked for JH Thompson.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony A. DiBacco.
She is survived by her four children, Kevin (Laura) DiBacco, Lisa (Greg) DelMonaco, Stephen (Connie) DiBacco and Jennifer DiBacco; twelve grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren; a sister, Velma Nodzak; and a brother-in-law, John E. DiBacco (Addie).
