Virginia (Robbie) Maureen Robinson, 74, passed peacefully on August 8, 2025 at Mcleod Hospice House in Florence, SC. She was born in Lumberton, NC on September 13, 1950. She was honorably discharged after serving as an E-3 Airman First Class in the United State Air Force for 2 years. After leaving the Air Force, her career included managing a furniture store in Okinawa, as a procurement/purchasing agent for the City of Greenville, TX, as a contract administrator for E-Systems, and her final role in proposal services for Raytheon and L3 Communications until her retirement.

Virginia graduated with Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Bellevue College in Nebraska. She spoke fluent German, was gifted in designing and creating Japanese dolls, created beautiful pottery and collected fine antiques, classic Christmas ornaments and artwork.

Virginia is survived by many relatives and friends including her son, Joseph Terry Thomas Jr., her mother, Cora Lee Robinson, brothers Jim (Sharon), Marty (Jill) and John (Holly) as well as numerous nephews and nieces.

Virginia is proceeded in death by her father, James Edward Robinson (2017).
