Vito Salvatore Viscomi

Vito Salvatore Viscomi of Harrison, entered into eternal rest peacefully on Saturday, April 13, 2024. He was 54 years old.
The funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison NJ 07029 on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 9:15am. A funeral mass be offered at Holy Cross Church, Harrison at 10:00am. His Entombment will follow in Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. Friends and relatives are invited to attend his visitation on Wednesday April 17th from 4 pm to 8pm and Thursday morning after 8:45am.
Born in Newark, Vito attended Harrison High School before moving to Kearny, where he lived for many years. He was a Parishioner of Holy Cross Church, Harrison and served as an Altar Boy during his Grammar school days. His pastime was following Serie A Italian soccer and the New York Giants. He was often on the phone commenting on games or just talking to family and friends just to keep in touch.
Vito is survived by his loving father, Littorio "Frank" Viscomi, beloved sister, Caterina Viscomi, cherished aunts and uncles, Giuseppe (Joe) Viscomi and his wife, Franca, Luciano Viscomi and his wife, Ana, Ben Viscomi and his wife, Caterina, dear cousins, Vic, Ana, Josephine, Salvatore, Catherine (Paula), Vito, Cathy, Angela, Marco, and Marcello. He is also survived by many other Aunts, Uncles and second cousins both here, in Italy, and in Argentina.
He was predeceased by his mother, Giovina Viscomi (2020), his Uncle, Peter Viscomi (2023), and his Aunt, Caterina Viscomi (2017).
