Born on Staten Island, New York, Vivian moved to New Jersey 42 years ago. She was fun-loving and kind-hearted, beloved by all who knew her. In her spare time, she enjoyed music, dancing, and the company of her family and innumerable friends, who brought her joy and fulfillment throughout her life.
Vivian was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Sarah Miceli, and her devoted husband, Richard Behler and her dear brother Jack, whom she was very close to. She is survived by her cherished daughters, Dana Howell and her husband Chris of Freehold, NJ, and Stacia Rammairone and her husband Carl of Farmingdale, NJ. She also leaves behind her treasured and adoring granddaughters, Vivian and Stella Howell, who brought endless pride and happiness to her life.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering on Sunday, July 20, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM during the gathering.
