Vivian Miller Obituary

Mrs. Miller, the daughter of the late Hiram and Kansas Noble, was born in Jackson, Kentucky on October 19, 1945. She and her late husband, Carl, were foster parents for many years. She loved to care for others, to cook and help in any way she could. Her faith in God was clear in her love for others.
Survivors include two daughters: Starr (& Carl) Bowling of Richmond and Mimi (& John) Hisel of Berea, three brothers: Virgil (& Georgeann) Noble, Ed Noble and Al Noble, her sister-in-law: Vonda Noble and four grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by two brothers: Arlie Noble and Clay Noble and her sisters: Winnie Noble, Geraldine Noble and Glenna Smith.
Private Services have been chosen.
Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
