Wade Edgar Teasley

Wade Teasley, age 86, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born March 13, 1940, in Oconee, SC, he was the son of the late John Patrick Teasley and Ruby Smith Teasley. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Martha Teasley; and son, Scott Wade Teasley.

Wade and his wife, Martha, shared sixty-six years of marriage before her passing on this same day one year ago. A devoted family man, Wade was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who cherished the time he spent with those closest to him. He proudly served in the United States Air Force before beginning a career as a machinist with BASF. Wade was also a faithful member of Calvary Temple Holiness Church.

He is survived by his daughters, Jill Nichols and Kim Haguewood; 5 granddaughters, 1 grandson, and 17 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 2:00pm at Forest Lawn Memorial with Rev. Danny Cheek and Rev. Ronald Fowler officiating. The family will speak with guest following the service.
