Walter Curtis Boyter

Walter Curtis Boyter, 83, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Covenant Village in Gastonia.
A lifetime resident of Gaston County, he was born March 29, 1940, to the late Walter and Viola Boyter.
Curtis was founder and president of Caro-Polymer Inc. He loved his family and the holidays.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister Vera Summey.
Curtis is survived by his wife of more than 57 years, Myrna Lazenby Boyter; sons, Todd Boyter (Christine), Shaun Boyter (Anne); daughter, Leann Richard (Ricky); sisters, Shannon Williams, Roseanne Albright; five grandchildren, Lyndsay Richard, Jacob Richard, Brenna Boyter, Caleb Boyter, Koby Boyter.
A visitation will be held Thursday, September 14, 2023, from 6 – 8:00 Pm at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia, NC 28052. A private burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery.
