With profound love and remembrance, we honor the life of Wanda Parker Doss, 60, of New Orleans, who transitioned into eternal rest on July 6, 2025. She leaves to cherish her memories her parents: Steven Parker, Sr. and Sandra Parker; her sons: Brandon Parker, Quintin Doss (Ayshea), and Perryn Doss (Monique); grandchildren: Keetin Elijah Doss and Princetyn Mykael Brogan Doss; sister Marian Parker; brother Steven Parker Jr.; and nephew Christopher Parker. Family, friends, the XULA community, University Medical Center staff, and faith leaders are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, July 19, 2025, for 11:00 a.m. at St. Katharine Drexel Chapel, Xavier University, 3932 Pine St., New Orleans. Visitation begins at 10:00 a.m. Services will be officiated by Rev. Dr. Mitchell J. Stevens, Interfaith Chaplain, Xavier Campus Ministry, with a special message from Pastor Michael B. Raymond, Shiloh Christian Fellowship Baptist Church, New Orleans, LA.
