In Loving Memory of Wanda Gail Justice

Wanda Gail Justice, 69, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2026, at her home in Colorado Springs, Colorado, surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness.

Wanda was born on April 9, 1956, in Laurel, Mississippi, to her devoted parents, James Ray Myers and Geraldine Odom. She carried the warmth and strength of her Southern roots throughout her life, touching the hearts of everyone who knew her.

A much-loved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Wanda dedicated over 40 years of her life to nursing. Her unwavering devotion and commitment to providing the very best personal care to her patients defined her career. She was known not only for her skill and professionalism but also for her compassion, kindness, and tireless advocacy for those in her care. Nursing was more than a profession to Wanda; it was her calling.

Wanda was preceded in death by her beloved son, Bradley Shoemaker, and her brother, Kenneth Lewis.

She leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her memory: her siblings, Marcel Lewis and Deven Lewis; her children, Brian Lewis and Breck Boshart; her grandchildren, Briana Lewis Morley, Gabrielle Lewis Ford, Cade Lewis, Brylan Redmond, Nolan Boshart, and Austyn Boshart; and two great-grandchildren. Her love for her family was boundless, and she found her greatest joy in watching her children and grandchildren grow.

Wanda will be deeply missed, but her love, strength, and gentle spirit will remain forever in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
