Wanda Metcalf Stephenson, Springville, returned home to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at the age of 89.
She was born November 5, 1934 to David and Gertrude Murdock.
She married Terry Carter August 8, 1958, they were later divorced.
She married Harold Metcalf May 6, 1967, he preceded her in death.
She married Wilbur Stephenson October 30, 2006, he preceded her in death.
Wanda graduated from Malin Oregon High School and then spent many years in the grocery industry. She worked at Wil’s Foodland and Allens Drug where she enjoyed the many friendships she made over the years.
Wanda was a great cook, enjoyed flower gardening, making and donating fleece blankets and spending time with family.
Wanda is survived by her daughter Denice (Roger) Aagard, Fountain Green, Utah and son Kyle Metcalf, Orem, Utah, 5 grandchildren and 5 great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by grand-daughter Ashley Aagard.
As per her wishes, there will only be a graveside service on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Springville Evergreen cemetery.
The family would like to thank the staff of Ashford Assisted Living and Memory Care, Springville , for their kind and compassionate care.
