Warren A. Rivet

64, of Tiverton, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen M. (Battishill) Rivet for sixteen years.
He was born and raised in Sassaquin, New Bedford, MA a son of the late Henry and Dorothy (Camara) Rivet.
Mr. Rivet worked for Apex Industrial Park and later as a cook for many years before retiring.
Warren enjoyed landscaping his backyard and was a miniature car collector. He loved animals, especially cats and was a sports enthusiast of the Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins, Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots.
Besides his wife, he leaves his daughter, Morgan Leigh Ashley of New Bedford, MA; his brother Dennis Rivet of Sassaquin, New Bedford, MA; his grandson, Owen Ashley; his mother and father-in-law, Michael and Alana Battishill of Nokomis, FL; his brother-in-law Timothy Battishill and his wife Sarah Reeser of Sarasota, FL; his sister-in-law, Lori Bruder and her husband Chris and their children, Jordan, Keaton and Kaylee Bruder all of Sarasota, FL.
A celebration of Warren's life will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to assist with final expenses.
