Wendy Renee Schubert, age 55 of Harriman, passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025. She was born on October 2nd, 1969, in Harriman. She was a 1986 graduate of Harriman High School. Wendy worked for many years around Roane County at various places, and most people got to see her in the time she spent working for Chuck's Deli. She was a lover of everything centered around the outdoors, especially the Emory River. Part of her love of being outdoors was the time she got to spend with her grandbabies, which were the center of her world. She is preceded in death by her parents: Ronnie Eugene Schubert & Gayle Catherine Cantrell; grandparents: Margaret Cantrell & Hubert Cantrell; siblings; Debbie Cantrell, Bruce Cantrell, Brenda Cantrell, and Dennis Cantrell; cousin: Tiffany Cantrell.
