Wesley J.D. Gossett
Wesley James Daniel Gossett, 6, went home to be in the arms of Jesus, Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born November 17, 2016 in Spartanburg, he was the son of Tiffen “T.J.” Gossett and Hollie Bright Gossett. Wesley was a first-grade student at Chesnee Elementary School. He loved all Super Heros but mostly Spiderman. He was an avid football and baseball player living the motto “Ball is Life”, he played for school district 3 as a Broome Centurion and loved always being outdoors.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his sister, Maddie Gossett of the home; grandparents, Tiffen and Linda Gossett of Chesnee, Jerry and Sharon Quinn of Pacolet; honorary grandfather, Buddy Byers of Boiling Springs; aunts and uncles, Nikole and Tyler Rochester, James Gossett, Teddy and Dylan Hale; cousins, Alex, Payton, Alaina, Wade and his best friend Aiken Epley.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary.
Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 23, 2023 at Riding for Jesus Cowboy Church, 890 Highway 150, Pacolet, SC 29372 with Pastor Mitch Trammel and Pastor Jonathan Sherbert officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens in Chesnee.
The family is at the home of Buddy Byers, 228 Blalock Road, Boiling Springs, SC.
