William Allen Dashiell Obituary

He was born May 21, 1951, in Indianapolis Indiana. His parents were Charles and Wilda (Martin) Dashiell. He married Donna Chase May 1, 1976, in Indianapolis. She survives. Other survivors include a sister, two sons, and a daughter and five grandchildren; Susan Rowley of Indianapolis (Sister); Daniel (Melissa) Dashiell (Chase, Olivia); Carmen (Benjamin) Maglaughlin (Payton, Colton, Bella) and Brian Dashiell.
He was a US Air Force Veteran and was employed by the Federal Aviation Administration as an Airway Transportation Specialist for 10 years+. He was a proud member of the Indiana Patriot Guard and served his community tirelessly.

Pastor Douglas Settles will conduct a service on Friday August 12, 2022, at 1 p.m. at Singleton and St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, 7602 Madison Ave. There will also be a showing from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday August 11, 2022, at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Marion National Cemetery 1700 E 39th st, Marion, IN. 46953 on August 15, 2022, at 1 p.m. with full military honors.

The news of Bill's death deeply saddens me. We were friends for nearly 60 years - distance separated us for many of those years. Rest In Peace my good friend. Sympathy to Donna and family.
