William V. Braz

William V. Braz, born on November 5, 1963, passed away on February 21, 2026, in Manteca, CA. A native of California, William was known for his intelligence, wit, and a profound love for sports, especially his cherished San Francisco Giants and San Francisco 49ers, as well as the New Orleans Saints. His love for comedy and the Beatles reflected his vibrant spirit and eclectic tastes.

William graduated from James Lick High School before earning a degree from San Jose State University. His professional life was marked by a successful career as a computer engineer at Lockheed Martin, where he worked for over two decades. Beyond his professional achievements, William was deeply involved in his community as a member of the Knights of Columbus, and he was known for his dedication to faith, having read the entire Bible.

William is survived by his sister Julie and her husband Bill, his niece Kristie, and her son Ky. He was preceded in death by his brother Gil and his parents, Manuel and Maria.

A prayer service will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 1pm at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home to honor William's life and legacy. His passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew him, but his memory will live on through the laughter, stories, and moments shared with family and friends.
