William Guy Obituary
William Leonard Guy, 68, husband of Tammie Guy, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2025, at his home on Paddock Drive, Nicholasville, Kentucky. He was born in Wilmore, Kentucky, on July 13, 1956, to the late Billy Lee Guy and Mary Francis Bowman. Billy was a proud member of the 101 Club for several years. He is survived by his wife, Tammie; son, Kalen Guy (Maria); loving sisters, Patricia Reitzer (Randy), Brenda Houp, and Dewey Locker (Robert); grandchildren, Luke Guy (Bree), Shelby Guy, Matthew Guy, Phoebe Guy, Gabriel Guy, Silas Guy, Calista Guy, Kaleena Guy, and Miriam Guy; as well as special caregivers, Linda Fitzgerald, Teresa Chapman, Candice Oslonian, Carol Lewis, Jaryn York, and Latrisha Durham. He is preceded in death by his son, William Thomas “W.T.” Guy. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 28, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Bales and Pastor Steve Pearson officiating. Burial will follow at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens, where bearers will be Ron Smith, Shorty Rhineheimer, Tommy Noe, Luke Guy, Matthew Guy, Dustin York, Tony Durham, Gabriel Guy, and Silas Guy. Serving as honorary bearers will be Bill Baker, Greg Stigner, and Jimmy Snowden. Visitation will be held the evening prior, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, Thursday, at the funeral home.
