Bill, age 76 of Grayson, Ga passed away on December 19, 2025, shortly after undergoing surgery. His loss was sudden and deeply felt by all who knew him.

Born and raised in Atlanta, he graduated from Georgia State University and built a respected career in real estate throughout Gwinnett County, earning a reputation for integrity and dedication to helping others succeed.

Bill was a wonderful inspiration and mentor to me when I began my long career in real estate. He set an example of how to be successful without compromising kindness and honesty. I loved going to work there, and especially enjoyed our Tuesday meetings which Bill led with positivity. Although it's been a couple decades since we worked together, his friendship and training gave me a strong foundation that still sustains me today.
