Billy passed away on June 27, 2025, in Tyler. He was born on September 25, 1967, in Sweetwater, Texas, to William Lee and Wilma Delayne McDonald. Billy spent the majority of his life in Van Zandt County, and over twenty years in Golden, before moving to Tyler about a year ago.

A man of many talents and passions, Billy was an avid fisherman, a skilled hunter – the greatest one you’ll ever meet, and a dedicated gardener.
