William R. Nash III, age 63, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, music, and adventure. Born on April 6, 1962, to Vicki Cate Paladino (deceased) and William R. (Dee) Nash II, Rob lived a life marked by passion, curiosity, and an unwavering love for the open road and the great outdoors. A gifted guitarist with a soul steeped in melody, Rob could often be found strumming his favorite tunes. His love for motorcycles was more than a hobby, it was a way of life. And when he wasn't riding, he was casting lines into tranquil waters, finding peace in the rhythm of fishing and boating. Rob also found joy in quiet walks through the Metro Parks, where he could reflect, recharge, and connect with nature. He shared his days with his beloved pets-his loyal dogs Speedbump and Chester, and his cat Pogo-each a cherished companion in his journey. Rob shared his life with his beloved fiancé of 32 years, Louise Daykin, whose companionship brought him joy and strength. He was a devoted brother to Sherri Nash (Mike, deceased) Lhotsky, Shelli (Mike) Nash Wurth, and Heather Nash (MJ) Micheals, and stepbrother to Steve Pittner II. He also leaves many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. To know Rob was to know someone who lived with heart-who embraced life's simple pleasures and never missed a chance to chase the horizon. His spirit will live on in every chord played, every ride taken, and every quiet moment by the water. Rob was an organ donor. His final gift was to give-continuing his legacy of generosity and compassion. A graveside service and celebration of life will be held at a later time, to be announced by the family.
