William Pardue Obituary

Pastor William Wayne Pardue, 96, of Roper, NC peacefully went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 4, 2025.
Born November 22, 1928, in Yadkin County, NC, Bill was the youngest of twelve children born to James W. Pardue, and Minnie Alice Porter Pardue.
Bill is survived by his wife of 72 years, Elaine. They shared a life of ministry in North Carolina and Arizona Southern Baptist churches for over 60 years. In 2000 he retired from his last pastorate, Oak Street Baptist Church in Kingman, AZ where he was the founding pastor, The Pardues shared a fondness for Kingman and the people there.
Pastor Pardue is also survived by his son Stephen of Helena, Montana; and his son Mark and Mark's wife Joyce of Roper, NC and three grandsons: Kyle, Zachary, and Jackson.
Two of his favorite scriptures were 1 Timothy 4:16 and 2 Timothy 2:15 and his favorite hymn was "To God Be the Glory."
A private family memorial service will be held at Hollywood Cemetery, Elkin, NC at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, cards, or charitable donations, the family welcomes your prayers and fond memories which can be shared on this website.
