He was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Jean Parker, father, Ronald Lee Parker, grandfather, Earl William Parker, and grandson, Konrad Hanlee Bennett.
Surviving is his wonderful wife, Nicole Marie Parker, daughter, Crystal Dawn Bennett, sons, Chris Darren Mann, William Robert Parker Jr. and Paul Raymond Parker, grandkids, Braiden McKee Parker, Sierra Nicole Lynn Parker, Samuel Wayne Lee Parker and Emily Michelle Parker, step-children, Dallas Michael Artis and Valenia Lynn Artis, favorite aunt, Margaret Wallick, and many cherished friends and family.
A memorial service will be held 4:00-6:00 p.m., Monday, May 15, 2023 at Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly, Ohio.
Arrangements are under the care of Boyer Cremation Services
