William A. 'Bud" Quinn, Jr., 89 of Connellsville ( Bullskin Twp.) died on Monday August 18, 2025 at his home. He was born on March 8, 1936 in Pittsburgh a son of the late William A. Quinn, Sr. and the late Mary Louise Kyle Greek. Bud was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was employed as an electrician for Fruehauf Corp for 31 years and later worked for the Pleasant Valley Water Authority. Bud was a long time member of the Bullskin Twp. Volunteer Fire Co. for over 65 years, where held many offices and positions including Assistant Chief and Fire Chief He loved to scuba dive and was a member of the Connellsville Scuba Club and he also loved hunting and fishing. He was a member of the South Connellsville Rod and Gun Club and a member of the Mt. Olive Evangelical Church. He is survived by his wife, Beverly J. Bitner Quinn; his children, Richard Quinn and his wife Brenda of Bullskin Twp and Kimberly Bell and her husband Timothy of Mount Pleasant; his grandchildren, Kyle Quinn and his wife Katie, Kaci Santamaria and her husband Jason, Kristopher Bell, Matthew Bell and Brock Bell; his great grandchildren, Kerrigan Quinn, Kaylee Bloom and her fiancé Ricardo and Jacob, Nicholas and Aubrey Santamaria and his sister, Carol Landgrebe of Sneads Ferry, NC. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his step father, Roy B. Greek; his step mother, Margaret Quinn; brothers, Donald and James Quinn and sisters, Grace Bentz and Wilda Quinn. Family and friends will be received from 2-8 P.M. Thursday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville where services will be held on Friday at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Lee Maley officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery. The Bullskin Twp. Volunteer Fire Co. will conduct a memorial service at 7:00 P.M.Thursday in the funeral home.To offer a condolence or remembrance please visit www.brooksfuneralhomes.com
