William "Bill" Sands, III, 48, of East Greenwich, New Jersey, passed away on September 28, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.

A devoted husband, father, son and brother, Bill will be remembered for his kind heart, generous spirit and unwavering love for his family.

Bill was born on September 9, 1977, in Camden, New Jersey and was the beloved son of Anna Sands and the late William Sands, Jr. He grew up with three sisters, Marie Willis, Denise Russella and Lisa Sands.

Bill was a devoted and loving husband to his wife Diane. Together they enjoyed traveling the world, whether it was dog sledding, driving across the country, mining for gold, taking a cruise, or exploring a foreign county. Bill, Diane and their children shared a deep love for family. Bill was a devout father to his son Billy (19) and daughter Sadie (9).

Bill loved fishing, crabbing, playing golf, Philadelphia sports teams and spending time with his loved ones.

Lovingly Submitted, The Family
