William "Brad" Sherry of Mahopac, NY passed away peacefully on April 10, 2025, at the age of 75. He was born on March 24, 1950, in Mount Kisco, NY, son of the late Ralph and Edith (neé McCabe) Sherry.
Brad's memory will be cherished and kept alive by his devoted wife, Barbara (neé Doyle), whom he married on June 10, 2006. Brad is also survived by his siblings Marc, April, and Maryann, nephews Sam and Brandon, niece Sherry, and stepchildren Terri and Jason.
A self-employed carpenter, Brad was known for his craftsmanship and his dedication to his trade. Brad's passions extended beyond his workbench. He was a devoted and avid lifelong drummer, diehard Buffalo Bills fan, and fisherman. For numerous years of drumming he played with many bands including, "Bad Habits", with longtime friends Jim Coyle, Jack Tschudy, and others. Brad also taught his nephew Sam to play the drums which has become his lifelong passion and profession.
All are welcome to attend a memorial visitation on Thursday, April 17th from 3-7 PM at the Joseph J. Smith Funeral Home in Mahopac, NY. His funeral service will start at 5:30 PM during the visitation. A private cremation was held prior.
