Billy was born on December 1, 1961 in Wilkinsburg, to William and Catherine (Kersten) Snyder. Beloved husband of the late Rebecca L. Snyder; dear father of Sarah (Trevor) Shorthouse and William H. Snyder III; cherished brother of Sara "Sally" Jean Rush and Cathy (Bob) Guzzo; loving uncle of Katie (Ryan) Libengood and Cody (Shannon) Guzzo; great-uncle of Declan Libengood and Rayslee Guzzo.
Billy was a 79' graduate of Franklin Regional High School. He was very devoted to his faith and family. Billy is and will be dearly missed by all, especially by his dog Quito.
Friends will be received Wednesday, June 12, 2024 3-7 P.M. at the BASH-NIED-JOBE FUNERAL HOME, 152 Abbe Pl., Delmont (724-468-8381) where a blessing will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. Interment will be private at Eastview Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to a charity of your choice. Please add or view tributes at www.BashNiedJobeFuneralHome.com.

I will always remember Billy while performing Elvis in his basement on many occasions and the countless hours we threw a baseball together. We tried out for the cincinnati Reds together, rode motorcycles and did many various activities together. He was always a warm hearted, decent person and treated everyone with respect. I loved him like a brother and will never forgot him. God bless my brother from another mother!
