Mr. William Arthur "Wiggs" Wiggs of Monticello, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at his residence in Fairfield, Ohio, having attained the age of 78 years, and 17 days. He was born in Wilmore, Kentucky on April 27, 1947, the son of Stanley & Ethel (Tipton) Wiggs. William was of the Baptist faith and worked as a self-employed truck driver for many years. In addition to his parents, He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Lee Wiggs, whom he wed on July 11, 1971, mother & father-in-law, Gaines & Opal (Bass) Lee, and sister-in-law, Sharon Wiggs.

He is survived by his children, Bill (& Minnie) Wiggs, Angie Stokes, and Debra (& Scott) Sanderson, siblings, Stanley Wiggs Jr., and Bessie (& David) Irvin, grandchildren, Brandon (& Morgan) Young, Lindsay (& Adam) Lawson, Kinley (& Nicholas) Eyl, Nathan Stokes, Mallory Stokes, Aaron Wiggs, Charolotte Sanderson, great-grandchildren, Annalee Young, Elizabeth Young, Felicity Lawson and Thea Lawson.

The funeral service was conducted on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. E.S.T. in the Memory Chapel of the New's Monticello Funeral Home. Burial was in the Elk Springs Cemetery in Monticello, Kentucky. Military honors were provided by the DAV Chapter #105. Casket Bearers were Scott Brown, Robert L. Johnson, Stanley Huff, Sammy Grimes, Waylon Piercy, Justin Piercy and Jack Bruthan.

New's Monticello Funeral Home in Monticello, Kentucky, was honored to be in charge of all the arrangements.
