Willie B Edwards, 86, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025. She was born on March 20,1939, in Ackerman Mississippi, to Isaiah Sr. and Donzell Reeves. Willie grew up in Choctaw County and carried the warmth and strength of her Mississippi roots throughout her life.
Willie later made her home in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she lived for many decades, raising her family and building lasting connections within her community.
Willie is survived by her children, Billy Wayne Edwards, Peggy Edwards; grandchildren Tyler Edwards, Keshia Edwards, and siblings Linda, Rose Mary, Jimmie Lee, Gladys, Isaiah Jr., and Ramona Lampkin.
She is preceded in death by her siblings George and Joe lee.
Willie was known for her steady presence, her deep love for her family, and the resilience that shaped everyone blessed to know her. Her legacy lives on in the generation she nurtured, guided, and inspired.
Willie's Celebration of Life will be held on December 20, 2025 at Joseph's Grill in St. Paul.
