Willoughby Thomas "Tom" Boulware III, son of Charles E. and Mildred "McReynolds" Boulware, was born August 6, 1943, in Houston, TX and departed this life June 8, 2025, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of eighty-one years.
Tom received an appointment to The United States Merchant Marines Academy and graduated in 1965. He proudly served in The United States Navy for eight years.
On October 14, 1966, Tom was united in marriage to the love of his life Lynn Terry, whom he shared fifty-eight wonderful years of love and laughter with, while raising their two daughters, Brenna and Katherine.
He was employed with different international gas and oil companies in Houston, TX, Bakersfield, CA, Tulsa, OK, and Los Angeles, CA, until his retirement in 2000, when he and his family moved to Lebanon, MO.
Tom was a simple man. He loved his poodles and his home life. He enjoyed music, road trips and camping in Yosemite.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Sally Jo Smithson and Pennye Galbraith.
Tom will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
