Wilmer "Junior" Glenden Demory, Jr., 85, of Frederick, MD passed away peacefully Friday, September 5, 2025 at his home, surrounded by loving family.

Born on April 10, 1940 in Lovettsville, VA, he was the son of the late Helen Etta (Baker) and Wilmer Glenden Demory, Sr.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Brother, Richard Demory; good Friend, James Shields, and loving companion, Helen Chamblin.

Junior was a carpenter all of his life, and he worked for Demory Brothers.

Junior enjoyed cutting wood and doing yardwork, and going to auctions and yard sales.

He is survived by his Children, Donna Carey and husband, Mike, of Rohrersville, MD; Karen Demory-Coates of Frederick, MD; Duwayne Demory and wife, Tracy, of Boonsboro, MD; Keith Anderson and wife, Gina, of West Virginia; and Melissa Anderson of West Virginia; Grandchildren, Waneta, Britney, Duwayne, Jr., Crystal, Austen and Austin; 5 Great Grandchildren, including Little Stevie, who was at Junior's bedside every day; Sisters, Ethel Mae Pearell, Barbara Wilt (Leonard), Shirley Phillips, Leslie Demory, Louise Dinterman and Susan Demory; Brother, Ronald Demory; Half Brothers, Kenneth and Donald Demory; and Half Sisters, Joanna and Edith Demory; and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, September 26, 2025 at 11AM at Brownsville Church of the Brethren, 1911 Rohrersville Rd. Knoxville, MD 21758 with Pastor Calvin Park officiating. A meal will provided by the family after the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Brownsville Church of the Brethren.
