Ysidro Zepeda Jr., age 67, of San Antonio, Texas, entered into eternal rest on August 31, 2025. He was born on January 21, 1958, in Campbellton, Texas, and later made San Antonio his lifelong home.
Ysidro will be remembered as a man of remarkable strength and resilience, whose light hearted nature brought joy to everyone he met. He had a special gift for making friends wherever he went, leaving a lasting impression with his humor and kindness. His spirit will continue to live on in the many lives he touched.
He is survived by Wife Rachel G Zepeda; Children, Manuel Zertuche Zepeda, Joe Anthony Zepeda, Ysidro Garcia Zepeda, Janie Marie Genevieve Zepeda, And Amanda Lee Zepeda; Grandchildren, Emanuel Cruz Zepeda, Laylani Nicole Terrazas, Mia Isabel Zepeda, Kira Lynn Guitron, Gabriel Kalel Zepeda, Hadrian Michael Zepeda, Miles James Zepeda, Russell Damien Zepeda, Daisy Zepeda and Yoko Zepeda; 4 Sisters and 2 Brothers, as well as numerous relatives and friends who will forever cherish his memory. He was preceded in death by Mother Marie Genoveva Jimenez; Father Ysidro Zepeda; Brothers Ralph, Ezequiel, And Albert Benavides; Grandchild, Charles Anthony Gonzalez; Loving pet, Bailey Zepeda.
Funeral services will be held at M. E. Rodriguez on September 5th, 2025 at 3:00 pm til 8:00 pm. All who knew and loved Ysidro are invited to attend and celebrate his life.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Our sisters and hospice staff Esperamza Sattler and Alisa Smith.
Ysidro's life was a testament to love, perseverance, and joy. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
