It is with great sadness and deep gratitude for a life well-lived, we announce the passing of Yvener Saint Louis. He departed this life on August 9, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, generosity, and unwavering faith.
Born on July 11, 1948, Yvener lived a life filled with purpose and compassion. He was a loving father of four children-whom he adored with all his heart. He was a caring grandfather to 10 grandchildren-whom he spoiled with great affection. As a devoted husband, he shared a bond of deep love and partnership with his wife, whose life he enriched with kindness, strength, and unwavering support.
Yvener is survived by his loving wife Vena, his children Judith, Jude, Yvena, and Juliett, and his treasured grandchildren: Jermaine, Oliver, Sebastian, Evan, Ishmael, Julius, Zyon, (Little) Yvena, Oz, and Veena. Not to mention his countless amounts of nieces and nephews.
Yvener's faith was the foundation of his life. A man who loved God and the church, he found joy in worship, fellowship, and service. His spiritual walk was not just personal-it radiated outward, touching the lives of everyone he met. He had a heart for people and lived by the principle that no one in need should ever go without help.
He was also a man of great skills and creativity. Yvener found peace and fulfillment in construction and building, turning raw materials into works of purpose and beauty. What began as a hobby became a reflection of his character-persistent, resourceful, and always building something meaningful. He was also proud of his job in Haiti as a port manager overseeing all operations at the port, including coordinating with shipping companies, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Beyond his work and service, Yvener was a natural storyteller. He loved entertaining friends and family with interesting tales from his past-stories filled with humor, wisdom, and the richness of experience. His laughter was contagious, and his presence brought warmth to every gathering. He was the kind of friend who showed up when it mattered most, offering comfort, friendship, and a listening ear. He enjoyed being a friend when others were in need, and his empathy left a lasting imprint on all who knew him.
Yvener leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and service. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, his church community, and all who were blessed to know him. Though he has departed from this world, the foundation he laid-in both spirit and stone-will stand strong for generations to come.
Funeral services for Yvener will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025 begining at 10:00 am in the Peachtree Corners Chapel of Crowell Brothers Funeral Homes & Crematory. Entombment will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park. The family will begin recieving freinds from 9:00 am until the time of the service.
