Yvonne D. Klick

Yvonne D. Klick, age 88, of Millcreek, PA passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025, surrounded by family. She was born in Kane, PA on October 20, 1936, a daughter of the late Vaughn and Margaret (Anderson) Gustafson.
After high school, Yvonne was married to Donald C. Klick on June 30, 1956, and worked as telephone operator at Bell Telephone Company until she started her family. She later worked for 39 years at JCPenney's in various capacities. Yvonne was a dedicated, hardworking, and loyal employee.
She enjoyed sewing, knitting, bowling, crossword puzzles, going to Broadway shows, and playing Pinochle with family. As a long-time member of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, she was a Sunday school teacher, choir member, and participated in many church functions. She was a lifetime member of the New Vision Pioneers (Fort Pitt Ch. #13) where she led various fundraising efforts and projects to support veterans. She was also member of the Red Hat Society.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Donald C. Klick and brother John Gustafson.
Yvonne was a loving mother to her children, Douglas Klick and Lisa Welch, husband Daniel; grandchildren Lawrence Klick, wife Kristy, Sabrina Klick, husband Lucas Munson and Laura Welch; and great grandson Caiden Klick. She is also survived by sister-in-law Mary Gustafson, two nephews, and cousin Roi Ann Morford, husband Jim.
Friends are invited to call on Tuesday, March 11th from 1-4 and 6-8 pm at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th Street. A service will be held on Wednesday, March 12th at 11:00 AM at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 1603 West 32nd Street. Burial will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount Calvary Lutheran Church or any veteran's organization.
