Zack was funny, intelligent, and above all – kind. His smile brightened our world and brought us so much joy. He graduated from Northwest Rankin High School in May of 2021 with honors. Zack was a lover of gaming, anime, working out, and debating politics with his family. His happiest moments were the times he spent with his family, watching movies and making us laugh.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James and Beth Carroll.
He is survived by his father Dean Hemphill, his mother Jennifer Carroll, his best friend and sister, Maribeth Hemphill, his paternal grandparents, Robert and Dixie Hemphill, his uncle John Koselka, his uncle Gregory Carroll and aunt Shana Carroll, and nieces Imogene, Adelaide, and Mathilda Carroll.
A funeral service will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 7, 2024, at Sebrell Funeral Home in Ridgeland with visitation beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
