Zachary Matthew Staffieri
Age 50 of Corvallis, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Evergreen Hospice Home in Albany surrounded by his loving family.
Born October 14, 1973, in Huntington Beach, California, Zach was the son of Johnny and Shelley (Beaver) Staffieri. He was raised and educated in the Philomath area and graduated from Philomath High School with the class of 1992. Following graduation, Zach found a career in landscaping. He grew within the industry and became a landscape foreman. He carried pride in his work and dedicated over thirty years to the profession. In his free time, Zach loved to go snowboarding and rooting for the Chicago Bears during the football season. Most of all, Zach loved his family, especially his kids. He will be deeply missed by all who know him.
Zach is survived by his mother: Shelley Shearer; sister: Zenda Gould; children: Zachary Staffieri, Jr., Skyla Staffieri, Kade Staffieri and Jareck Walton; his uncle: Jerry Beaver, and numerous close friends that he considered a part of his family.
He is preceded in death by his father: Johnny Staffieri and his grandparents.
A private interment was held, and Zach was laid to rest at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Philomath.
A celebration of his life will be held in the near future and the obituary will be updated accordingly.
