Zander Lonas

Zander Wayne Lonas, born on May 6, 2022, in Newnan, GA, passed away on August 18, 2024, in Atlanta, GA, at the tender age of 2 years.
Zander is survived by his loving parents, Zach and Maribeth Lonas; his dear sister, Leila Lonas; and his cherished grandparents, Jake and Christie Lonas, and Charles and Connie Farr. He will also be deeply missed by his great-grandparents, Millie Merritt (Nanny), Opal Farr (Momo), Ed and Ann Marietta (Papa and Nana), and Edwin Lonas (Grandpa Ed).
Zander's memory will live on in the hearts of his aunts and uncles, Alyse Chester, Jake Junior and Liz Lonas, Stacy Sowders, Brandon and Brooke Heath, Olivia Lonas, Madison Farr, and Andy and Ali Partridge. He leaves behind many cousins and extended family members who adored him, as well as his beloved puppies, Murphy and Jax.
A funeral service to honor Zander's life will be held on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 11 o'clock at Flat Creek Baptist Church with Dr. Josh Saefkow officiating. Interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home and Crematory.
Zander's brief but beautiful life brought immense joy and love to all who knew him. He will forever remain in our hearts.
