Zayne is survived by his parents; his siblings, Kyrie Collins, Jayce Collins, Aybel Collins and Levi Myers; his grandparents, Ashlie Minor, Rebecca Collins and Patrick Collins; a great grandmother, Lisa (husband William) Brown; and an aunt and three uncles, Jovie Dorr, Trenton Dorr, Max Crawley and Michael Crawley.
Zayne was preceded in death by two great grandparents, Roderick and Beverly Ann Minor; and an uncle, Jace Crawley.
Zayne's family will be hosting a celebration of life at a later date and will be announced when that is determined.
Memorial contributions may be made to Zayne's parents, Shane and Layla, to help with final expenses.
