Zayne Thomas Edward Reis Obituary
Zayne is survived by his loving parents, Nick and Megan; sisters, Avery and Hannah; grandparents, Frank and Karyn Reis, Bobby and Karen Martin, Tom and Susie Barnett; great grandparents, Edward and Barb Lamb, Tom and Sue Barnett, Charlotte Jones, and Sue Reis; aunts and uncles, Courtney Ogg (Christopher), Paige Reis (RJ Leach), David Barnett, Ethan Martin (Elizabeth), Noah Martin (Carley), Alex Martin (Jordyn); cousins, Peyton, Oakley, and Logan Leach, Morgan and Wesley Ogg, Ayden Barnett, Joseph and Addison Bullock, Oliver Martin and Allaire Martin; as well as many other family, friends, and a community that loved and supported him throughout his life.
Zayne was preceded in death by great grandparents, Joe Reis, Robert Stoneburner, Sharon Stoneburner and Harvey Jones; and many other family and friends that will love and care for him until we are reunited.
We will love and miss Zayne forever and will celebrate his life, with visitation on Thursday May 8 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm and funeral services on May 9 at 10:00 am officiated by Pastor James Dewhurst. All services will be held at Real Church (5780 Reynoldsburg- Baltimore Rd NW, Pickerington, OH 43147). Zayne will be laid to rest at Carroll Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers and to honor Zayne's memory, donations can be made to any of the following organizations: Real Church, The Tree Church, AngelWorks, Brockstrong, Cooper's Troopers Foundation or the Brotherhood Drive, PO Box 426, Canal Winchester, OH, United States, Ohio.
The family would like to thank the caring staff at Nationwide Children's Hospital and OSU James Outpatient Facility.
