Zena Ann Mobbs, a beloved member of her community, passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 29, in Clinton, Mississippi. Born on August 26, 1996, in Hinds County, Mississippi, Zena was a lifelong resident of Forest, Mississippi.
Zena's vibrant spirit shone brightly in the lives of those who knew her. She was deeply devoted to her faith and was an active attendee of All Seasons Worship Center in Forest. Zena cherished the outdoors, finding great joy in activities such as fishing, where she created lasting memories with family and friends.
She leaves behind a loving family who will carry her memory in their hearts. Zena is survived by her parents, Richard and Deborah Havard of Forest, Mississippi; her daughter Elekza Mobbs of Forest, Mississippi; and her sons, JaQuan Mobbs and Graeson Mobbs, both of Forest, Mississippi. Her siblings include brothers Richard Havard, Jr., and Gerald Havard, both of Forest, Mississippi. Zena also cherished her connection with her maternal grandparents, Gerald Mobbs (Trish) and Bernice Traxler, of Forest, Mississippi. In addition, she is remembered fondly by several aunts, uncles, and cousins who shared in her life.
Zena was preceded in death by her son, Zahmir Mobbs, whose memory remains a cherished part of her legacy.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, Mississippi. A visitation will be held on September 6, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 11:45 AM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. The family appreciates the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time and invites all who knew Zena to join in celebrating her life and remembering the joy she brought to so many.
