Zoe P. Wood
Zoe Potter Wood, 90, widow of Lee W. Wood Jr., went to be in the presence of Jesus, her Lord and Savior, Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Spartanburg Medical Center.
Born April 22, 1935 in Spartanburg, SC., she was the daughter of the late Claude Alton Potter and Amy Starnes Potter. She was a former retail sales worker and a member of Buck Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving is her daughter, Dale Skipper; son, Retired Tech Sgt. USAF Daniel Wood (Sandra); grandchildren, Ginnie Dempewolf (James), Rick Skipper (Ashley), Lee Wood (Tracy), Sam Wood (Kailey) and 10 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Springhill Memorial Gardens with Rev. Scott Scrimpsher and Rev. Kenny McDowell officiating.
In lieu of flowers and food, memorials may be made to Buck Creek Baptist Church, 506 Buck Creek Road, Chesnee, SC 29323.
Family members are at their respective homes.
