Zoey-Rae Christina Sanchez

Zoey-Rae Christina Sanchez entered silently into this world, in the early morning hours on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Norton Women's and Children's Hospital.

She was deeply loved, from the moment she was expected, Zoey-Rae was surrounded by hopes, dreams, and endless love. She will always be a part of her family's story and will be forever missed . They will wonder who she would have been and cherish the place she holds in their hearts.

Zoey-Rae was cradled and embraced by her parents, Joey Sanchez and Jammie Wilson; and will live on in the hearts of her siblings, Jose Luis Sanchez, Jr., Jaden Rippy, Christian Wilson, Aunalyse, Jacob-Anthony and Jamie-Joe Sanchez. Zoey-Rae also leaves behind grandparents, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews who share in the loss.

Zoey-Rae has found peace in the quiet moments she now shares in the loving arms of her Popo, Raul D. Sanchez. He passed on just a few days before her on January 29, 2026. Also preceded are aunts and uncles.

There will be a brief visitation from 10-11 am on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, St. Matthews. Immediately following will be a graveside service to be held at Cave Hill Cemetery where she will be laid to rest.
